Tiffany M. Russell, is a member of the Virginia Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau’s executive leadership team, Tiffany Russell provides strategic guidance and oversight for the marketing communications unit for one of Virginia’s largest destination marketing organizations. As VP Marketing Communications, major focus areas of her diverse team include advertising strategy, research, brand and social media management, internal and corporate communications and local tourism advocacy. Russell’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in her hiring practices as well as her team’s pledge to ensuring Virginia Beach is promoted and recognized as a welcoming, accessible destination for 13.9 million annual visitors. Her career path has included affiliate relations for nationally‐syndicated radio talk show program The Dave Ramsey Show, Boardwalk Art Show director for the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art and executive director for non‐profit organization Girls on the Run.
